Karen studied psychobiology (How the mind affects the body) in college, and she has had a lifelong interest in epigenetics, neuroscience, health, and spirituality. She has studied the Science of Mind. has been meditating consistently since 1991 and she has studied the Law of Attraction over a decade.  

Karen is also an actress who has done over a thousand  hours of TV, films and commercials. As an actress, Karen observed how when she played different characters her body would shift physiologically in response to each character she embodied. 

Karen went through some intense emotional and physical challenges that doctors and psychiatrists and psychologists could not seem to heal. In fact, she got sicker the more they treated her. 

This caused Karen to seek answers, which led her to discover ways to transform her fatigue and pain into vibrant energy and chronic pleasure. It led her to releasee her unconscious blocks so that she lives a life of magnetism and miracles.
